Terms of Service

By accessing the LumenForge platform, operated by PXG.STUDIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Disagreement with any part of these terms prohibits use of the service.

01. Merchant of Record

LumenForge utilizes Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record for all order processing, resellers, and customer service related to payments.

02. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to code and assets generated via LumenForge. PXG.STUDIO retains all rights to the underlying platform, architecture, and proprietary synthesis models.

03. AI Synthesis Liability

Code generated by LumenForge is assisted by artificial intelligence. It is the user's sole responsibility to validate and test all generated output. PXG.STUDIO accepts no liability for errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in AI-generated assets.

04. Infrastructure

The platform relies on enterprise-tier StackBlitz WebContainers for zero-latency execution. Use of the service acknowledges reliance on this underlying technical infrastructure.
