PXG.STUDIO ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the LumenForge platform.

01. Information Collection

Account DataWe collect email and authentication data via Clerk to provide platform access.
Payment DataHandled securely by Paddle.com. We do not store or process sensitive financial info.
TelemetryInteraction metrics and IP addresses are used solely for system health and security.

02. Data Sovereignty

LumenForge utilizes WebContainers to execute code locally. Code remains on your device until explicitly synchronized. Users leveraging local inference (Ollama) retain full sovereignty; prompt data never leaves your network.

03. Third-Party Protocols

Synthesis involves third-party APIs (Google Gemini, Clerk). Prompts may be processed by these providers. We do not sell data for advertising purposes.
